EMDR Therapy
EMDR is a research-backed therapy that helps your brain finish processing traumatic memories that have gotten stuck. If talk therapy has not been enough, EMDR may be the missing piece.

Some memories stay raw no matter how much time passes. A smell, a sound, or a particular situation can pull you right back into a moment you thought you had dealt with. That happens because traumatic and distressing experiences are sometimes stored differently in the brain, continuing to affect how you feel, think, and react today. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing uses bilateral stimulation to help your brain reprocess those stuck memories, so that what happened no longer holds the same power over your present. As an EMDR Certified Therapist, I will guide you through the process carefully and at a pace that feels safe.
Who this may feel right for:
-Trauma, PTSD, or distressing memories that still feel present and raw
- Reacting to situations in ways that feel bigger than they seem to warrant
- Beliefs about yourself that you know are not true but cannot seem to shake
- Grief, anxiety, phobias, depression, or the lingering effects of childhood experiences
- Wanting to try something beyond talk therapy to reach what has not yet resolved
